Shirray, Hensa11, Phone 83 r 11, BAYFIELD Late Mrs, John Tippett Mrs. Isabella Tippett, widow of John Tippett, died on Thursday at her home in her 88th year, following a long illness. She was an old resi- dent here where her husband had conducted a shoe and harness busin- *se. Formerly Miss Isabella Higginz;, was born in Tuckersmith Township, and in 1878 was married and for a few years they lived in Varna,thcn moved to Bayfield, her husband died in 19.37. She was an active member of the Anglican church. Surviving are two daughters; one son, a sister and a brother, William Higgins of Bayfield. The funeral was meld on Sunday with interment in Bayfield cemetery. ZURICHHERALD, HILLSGREEN , • The many friends of 'Vit. Wrn. It will be of 200 locker capacity and is expected to be finished and ready for operation about May 1st. More definite announcements will be made later on. Miss Zeta Nadiger, R.N. who has been in St. Petersburg, Florida, for the winter, has returned home, and will spend a few weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Nad- iger who have been in 'poor health for some time. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Humble of Sarnia spit the week -end with Mr. aand Mrs. R. Gates. Miss Ella Zimmer of Detroit spent a week visiting with her father, Mr. Wm. Zimmer. Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Restemeyer were Sunday visitors with friends in Kitchener. Major Eugene Tiernan and Mrs Tiernan and babe of Ottawa, visited with his mother, Mrs. Mary Tiernan last week.
