Mr. James Masse, who has charge
of Highway No. 84, through Zurich,
is busy these days, putting on a coat
of gravel which is badly needed. A
number of trucks, the Yundt Trans;
part, from Stratiorn are doing the
hauling of the gravel, and all this
under Mr. Mass' supervision, and
when completed should greatly im-
prove this road which has been most
terribly rough this spring,

A recent survey of Canada's- seed
potato industry shows that Pxincec
Edward Island produces more seed
potatoes than all other secttons of
Canada. combined. Ontario stands
third among seed potato growing
areas, but produces only about one•
iwelfth of the PEI total

unty, with more than 50 acres in
