It is said that each of al was held in Kitchener on -Saturday ► us should drink a pint and a half each day. Young children should have a full quart a day. The greatest of physicians state that milk is the one essential food of the greatest value. It leads all other commodities in hu- man consumption. A favorite night club .in New York City serves milk instead of intoxicating drinks because so many young people gather there. This is a fine sign of the times.
