Late John Hey
The community was shocked early

!sudden passing of one -of Its well'
!known citizens in the person of Mk:
'Jam Hey, who passed away at his
!home here after only a few days:1.UL
ness; of a heart condition, aged 63:
?years and 25 days. Deceased was
!the elder son of the well known.J.Ohn
!Hey Sr., family who lived on.- the
Babylon line Hay from the timee of
'the earlier settlers and now owned:by
Willliam Hey a brother of the recently
departed. What seemed too be a
strong-, robust constitution fell, of
energy, along with good humor; was
lin a few days vanquished to the!great
leternity where all is quiet and no
more problems of life to met The
!late Mr. Hey, after his marriage to
!Miss Eliza Stelck, settled on! a farm
just south Of Zurich, till a:number of
years ago they moved to.) town pur-
chasing the residence just immediat-
ely south of the TWA -1111(1411, where
Mr. Hey was, always-, busy- in various
lines of salesmanshi:p.) and this led
him to a large accinaintance with a
large circle of frieildS4 Probably no
man in recent years: living in Zurich,
was more known, and these
friends all regret: lemming of his 4,-•
mise. For severallt years he served on
the Zurich :Polite Trustee Board, and'
during- this tirne was always very= en-
ergetic to put over a waterwork-s1 sy-
