Dies In Winnipeg
The death occurred in Winnipeg on
May•2$th. of Mrs. Robt: McKinley, a
sormer Seaforth .resident, Formerly
11iatgaret McDonald of Stanley Twp.,
she' was born July 1856 on Vie farm
close to Layfield where her urotne,'
ohn McDonald now resides, and was
the only daughter of the late George
McDonald of the Bronson Line, Stan-
ley Twp. hollowing their marriage
they lived on a, farm near 'Seaforth,
and 20 years ago moved to the edge
of that town. Ten years ago Mrs.
McKinley suffered a stroke and in
1930 they- went to live with their son
in 'Winnipeg where he died in 1932.
Mie. McKinley is survived by an only
son. :and a brother John McDonald of
near Bayfield. The remains were bre:.
ught to Seaforth. for burial.

day to Monday 8,544 cars crossed
the. bridge. In May 1939, •thebridge
transported 26,839 cars, carrying
73,623 passengers. In May 1938, the
ferry carried 18,158 automobiles with
48,088 passengers.
