Trestain, in a call to the village, compiles the following interesting information: Hensall, Huron County's youngest community of similar size, with a population ,of about 700 was founded as late as 1877, and is estimated tb handle nearly one-third of all the beans pro- -liuced in Ontario—besides claiming to be the largest handling point for mix/ ed grains of any town its size in they province. In addition to truck traffic Hensalal last year shipped out by rail 1,000 carloads of various grains. About 200 more having gone out sines the beginning of 1939.
