LATE NAVIGATION
Indieations at Goderich port are for
a late opening of navigation. With
the present cold snap, ice in the har-
bor is over a foot thick and the winter
fleet is held fast. So far, only three
boats, the Algorial, Z. B. Foote and
Wm. Schupp, have started fitting out.;

A pretty but quiet wedding was
solemnized at 'St. Peter's Lutheran
Parsonage, Zurich, on !Saturday morn-
ing, April Eta, 1039, when Margaret
Anna Ha!')er, the eldest daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Haberer, was un—
ited in holy wedlock to Keith- Robert
Westlake, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs.
Thomas Westlake, of the Blue Water
Highway, Stanley Township. Rev. E.
Turkheim officiated. The bridal cou-
ple were attended by the bride's sis-
ter, Mildred and Jack Stanbury of
