1. The Men in fiction
The men can do it. They did it.
They -demonstrated their ability to do
it last Wednesday night. The Royal
Knight's Sunday School Class of a-
bout forty .members showed the com-
munity how to serve a Cafateria Sup-
per. The men, busy men, happy men
were •everywhere, at the door as offi-
cial greeteaa, ushering, serving hat
tempting food, waiting on tables.
Some had the appearance of Chef of
a Hgh Class Hotel, with a charecter- 1
istic white cap. About a dozen table,., ,
decorated to please the eye of an,
Irishman bade _a welcome to hungry
visitors. The Class can be thanlrfal,
that n:t all ,tl-e mernbe-; ar.: bachel-
ors. The feminine touch was in evi-
dence everywhere especially in the
kitchen.
2. The Young Ladies in Action
"This world is a better world to-
day then it was twenty-five years
ago." Three young ladies speaking
.thirmatively convinced three judges
to this effect. A 'debate on the above
subject was held n the 'Young People
Mission Circle meetinglast Friday
y
night. The speakers for the affirm-
ative .side were: 'Shirley Krueger,
(Leader), Alpha Meyers and Dorothy
O'Brein. The negative side was up-
held by Beatrice Ciascho (leader ),
Doris Meyers and Belva Truernner,
The participants presented interest-
ing material and delivered it in an
effective manner. Keen intereL.t was
in evidence through the entire de-,
bate, Mrs. Oscar Greb acted 'as
Chairman and is also the convenor of
011••`. , the program committee.

A ,pleasant evening was spent at
the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Fuss
Parr- Line, on Monday evening when
they entertained their friends to c.

formed the evening's entertainment
and the address and presentation of
a sett of beautiful chairs, and table
wore presented the guest of honor.
After which a :fitting reply was exten
