tr attended the funeral of the late
D. Diemen in London on Mon-

Death of Mrs. R. J. Armstrong

Mrs. Christina Armstrong, wife of
Reginald J. Armstrong of London, I
died on Saturday in St. Joseph's Hos.-
pital after a frief illness. She was in :
her 58th year. Mrs. Armstrong was
formerly Miss Tena McIsaac and was .
born on the 12th con. of Stephen
Twp., and was well known in this I
community. She has lived in London
for over 20 years and was a member
of St. Marys ,church. Surviving be-
sides her husband are two sons, Reg-
inald G. and Herson, and two daugh-:
ters, Misses Lottie and Jarmaine of
the city, also two sisters, Mis. Jos-
eph Vernon, Detroit and Mrs. O.
Restemeyer, Dashwood; two brothers j
* Peter McIsaac, Dashwood and Angus ,
McIsaac of Detroit. The funeral
was held on Wednesday 'morning to
St. Mary's Church where ,11:equim '
High Mass was sung. Interment
took place in Mount Carmel cemetery
