The funeral will be held on Thursday afternoon, privately at" the home, followed by a public service at St. Peters Lutheran church, with interanent in the Lutheran cemetery Attended Celebration Mr. Ivan L. Kalbfieisch was in Sarnia on Friday, a guest of the Polmer Corporation, at the celebrat- ion whioh marked the first year of production of synthetic rubber in Canada. The (Eon. C. D. Howe, Min- ister of Munitions and Supply was present at the colorful evenC which was also attended by other Domrnion and American Government Officials, leaders in the development or the syn thetic rubber industry in North Am- erica. The employees of PoIyiner and representatives of many firms, as well as the contracting firms, which made the plant possible. Mr. Kalb- fliesch attended in the latter capacity as the firm of F. C.
