They were allowed one egg in six weeks unless there were child- ren in the family when three eggs a week were permitted. She has enjoy- ed eating her first bananas in five years since coming to Il xeter and thinks it marvelous to see electric) lights after living five years in a blackout. Johnston, AN EARTH TREMOR An earth tremor, strong enough to rock telephone booths and leave chandeliers swinging, was felt in London, Niagara Falls, 'Toronto and as far as Montreal early Tuesday morning exactly 12.40 a.m. We did not meet anyone in Zurich who noticed anything, but probably there Were some.
