Clayton Becker and -Mss Becker. The reception was need in the church parlors. Mrs. J. E. Binge - man, president of the W. M. S., Suet the guests who in turn were intro- duced to Rev. and Mrs. Becker by Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Borth. Howard Hostetler presided, S. D. Peacock welcomed Rev. and Mrs'. Becker on behalf of the older members •or the congregation and Clare Weber on behalf of the younger members. Reeve W. R. Hostetler gave the new pastor and his wife the official wel- come from the village. Rev. H. R. Mosig, pastor of Trinity Lutheran church and president of the New Hamburg and District Ministerial Association extended. the welcome from the association. Rev. J. W. Hisey of the Baptist church also, ex, tended greetings. Rev. Mr. Becker replied fittingly. 'With Christ as our common foundat- ion we wiI l go forward together', he said. He extended an invitation to everyone to come to him at any time and asked for the prayers of the people in their behalf. Special music for the occasion was a number by the Junior Choir, a vio- lin solo by Tommy Kirkpatrick and a vocal solo by Donna Merner, 'Rev.
