MR. AND MRS. RUSSELL ERRATT
Mark golden wedding
Mr. & Mrs. Russell Erratt,
Hensall, celebrated their Golden
Wedding anniversary Friday. A
dinner was held by the family,
Saturday at Goshen United
Church.
Many friends and relatives also
called at their home to extend
congratulations and best wishes,
They were married at the
Varna manse on October 10, 1925;
by the late Rev. J.J. Durrand.
Mrs. Erratt is the former Pearl
Stephenson, daughter of the late
Mr. & Mrs. David Stephenson,
Varna.
Mr. Erratt is the son of the late
Mr. & Mrs. Henry Erratt, also of
Varna.
Following their honeymoon to
Toronto and Niagara Falls they
farmed on the Babylon line in
Stanley township until 1967, when
they retired, taking up residence
in Hensalr.
The couple have one daughter,
Helen, Mrs. Bill Taylor of Varna
and five grandchildren.
Mr. & Mrs. Erratt are both
members of the Hensall United
Church.
