Rev Harold Snell of Exeter
conducted an outing to view
the trees in their glorious
array of autumn colors. They
visited several areas and had
refreshments in the Exeter
Park.
Only one book
for each home
Bell Canada is distributing
only one telephone book per
household to conserve nat-
ural resources, reduce poll-
ution and save money, Jini
Scott, local Bell Canada
manager, said this week.
Delivery of the London and
surrounding area directory
is scheduled to begin Octob-
er 6 and end about October 22.
Mr. Scott said that sub-
scribers who require an extra
directory can phoe the numb-
er on a card inserted in the
directory and it will be sent.
