Four persons can be accom- modated at one time along with a house parent. This pos- ition was advertised in last week's. edition of the T -A. The committee is now open for requests for admission. The type of resident expect- ed will be higher functioning adults in their 20's or 30's who have fairly well develop- ed self-help skills and are cap- able of being involved in the general operation of the home. The home is expected to be a learning and training centre where the residents will go to a less supervised type of accommodation such as a shared apartment. The committee in charge of the residence includes Mrs. Alma Godbolt, Mrs. Mavis Atthill, Mrs. Olive Harvey, Mrs. Kathleen Whitmore, When all the cars in the city are laid out end to end, we know another weekend is here. ZURICH MIXED BOWLING i' scheduled to commence October 10, Friday nights, from 8 to 10 p.m. All young couples, married or single, age 17-99 years young are welcome. You don't have to be a pro,we bowl for fun, it's a great way to spend those cold winter Friday evenings.
