Mrs. Arabelle Merner,
wife of the late John Wesley
Merner, passed away in St.
Joseph Hospital on Monday,
September 22, 1975. Mrs.
Mcrner was the former
Arabelle Snider.
Surviving are three daught-
ers; Mrs. Catherine Burn,
Streetsville; Mrs. Jack (Mary)
Fasken, Elora and Mrs. Har-
old (Joan) Smith, of Zurich.
One son, Jack, predeceased
her. One brother Lloyd G.
Snider, Elmira and one sister
Miss Marie Snider, Kitchen-
er also survive.
Mrs. Merner leaves eleven
grandchildren and eight
great grandchildren.
The body is resting at the
Westlake Funeral Home until
Thursday, September 25,
where funeral service will be
held at 2:30 p.m. with Rev.
Bruce Guy officiating.

each year in conjunction with tie Zurich Fall Fair. Winners in the class up to six months were

wood; second, Heather Steckl*, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Steckle, R.R.11, Zurich;
third, Jamie Ramer, son of Mrs and Mrs. Jim Ramer, Zurich. Th,e event is sponsored by the
Zurich and District Chamber 4f Commerce. Judges were Dr. F. Mills, MOH for Huron, and
two members of his staff.
