Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Rader,
Mr. and Mrs, Aaron Reste-
mayer and Mr. and Mrs,
Stuart Wolfe spent last week
at Inverlocky Lodge fishing.
Some beautiful fish were
caught, especially the 15 lb.
40 inch pike landed by Irvin.
Saturday evening callers on
the Restemayer's and Wolfes
were Mr. and Mrs. Leeland
Restemayer.
The scenery in the Parry
Sound district is just beyond
words at this time of year.
Rev. E.E. Steinman, Park-
hill, former minister at Zion
Lutheran Church suffered a
stroke recently. He has been
released from hospital and is
at his home.
Mrs. Jim Bennet, S,trath-
roy is spending some time
with Mrs. Henry Eagleson
while her husband attends
his brother's funeral in the
West. Other visitors were
Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Eagle-
son, Exeter; Mr. and Mrs.
Gordon Eagleson, Southampt-
on; and Eric Wolfe and Tim,
London.
Dashwood Women's Instit-
ute won third prize with their
exhibit at Exeter Fair. Jenni-
fer, small daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Don Weigand won first
prize in the under six months
class at Zurich Fair.
Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Thur-
man and Dania, Denfield,
have taken up residence in
Mrs. N. Kraft's home. Mrs.
Kraft and Robin have purch-
ased a home near Grand
Bend.
Mr. and Mrs. Ross Love
visited with their son and
family, Mr., and Mrs. Don
Love, Sudbury and spent
Saturday with them at their
cottage, on Manitoulin
Island.
Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Bow-
man have purchased the
house from the estate of the
late Mrs. Loretta Zimmer.

Napoleon Clarence (Nap)
Bedard passed away suddenly
at his residence in Zurich on
Tuesday evening, September
16, 1975. Mr. Bedard was
born August 17, 1975. Mr.
Bedard was born August
17, 1914 to Mr. and Mrs.
Dennis Bedard. On April
18, 1942 he married the form-
er Joan Masse.
Surviving besides his wife
are nine children, Leo Paul,
.Zurich; David Richard, Lond-
on,Michael Lawrence, London
Randall Gerard, Crediton;
A REAL DANDY - When Ervin Rader of Dashwood makes
a trip north fishing he believes in bringing the actual proof
along home, not coming back with a fish story of the big
one that got away. While fishing at Inverlocky in the Georg-
ian Bay area last week Mr. Rader snagged this big 15 pound
Northern Pike. The fish measured approximately 42 inches
from mouth to tail.

Mr. Bedard also leaves ten
grandchildren. Two brotherd,
Dennis and Edmond predec-
eased him.
The body rested at the
Westlake Funeral Home,
Zurich until Friday, Septemb-
er 19, 1975, when funeral
service was held in St. Boni-
face church at 11 a.m. Rev.
Father Durand officiated.
Pall bearers were. Brian
Geoffrey, Jack Daly, Mark
Bedard, Larry Bedard, Jim
Bedard and Ronald Bedard.
