St. Boniface CWL The September meeting of St. Boniface Catholic Women's League began with a welcome to a new teacher, Mrs. Westelaken. Sister Louise, school prin- cipal, introduced Sister St. Mark, the new housekeeper. Mrs. Van Raay welcomed the 24 ladies present and thanked them for helping out at'the Bean Festival, that was a success. The quilt was won by Mrs. Blain from London. The CWL are sending two delegates to Kitchener on October 7, to attend a meeting for the March of Dimes. Also on October 7, the league' is invited to Mt. Carmel parish at 8 p.m. to say the living rosary. Mrs. Beatrice Corriveau won the door prize. Lunch was served by Mrs. Rose Regier's committee. All members were encour- aged to go out and vote on September 18.
