We welcome Mr. and Mrs. Bob Heil from Welland who have taken up residence on Richmond Street, and Mr. and Mrs. Gary Beaver who have rejoined our commun- ity from Brantford. The "Hensall Sweet Peas," our 4.H Summer Gardening Club attended Summary Day at Seaforth on Friday with 10 girls achieving the club. Cheryl Fuss obtained County Honors for achieving six clubs. Other successful members were Brenda and Marilyn Pepper, Donna Jean Allen, Kim Stewart, Dorothy Van Esbroecf , Janet Bilcke, Denise Bedard, Debbie Reid, Sandra Nixon. The United Church service was conducted with the Rev. Don Beck in charge taking as his topic "To have something 'to give"---. Mrs. John Turkheim was at the or- gan and Mr. Harry Horton, soloist sang, "Drifting" and "He lifted me." Visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Schwalm last week were Mr. and Mrs. Jim Mc- Cully of Kincardine, Mr. and Mrs. Casey Hudson and fam- ily, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Robb, of Lucan, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Dyke and daughter Katrina of Goderich, Mr. and Mrs. Art Coombs, of Clinton, Mr. and Mrs. O. Baird of Toronto, Mrs. Phyllis Mountford of Clinton, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Welch, of London and Rev. and Mrs. Stephenson of Kakabeka Falls. Mrs. Elizabeth - Volland and Mr. and Mrs. Louis Taylor of Varna spent a week's holiday at Kincardine. Mrs. Eldon Johnston and daughter Leota visited with Mrs. Volland on Sunday. • Mrs. Terry Ivey and her grand -daughter Gail Ivey of Montreal and Mr. and Mrs. Deamond Ivey of Sarnia visited Mrs. Daisy Ivey. Andrew Mason, Huron Park spent a week with his grand- parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Skea. Mrs. Edison Forrest is a patient in University Hospital. Mr. and Mrs, Charles Goodman, Detroit, Mrs. Blanche Chapman, London, and Mrs. Leslie Adams, Ex- •eter visited with Mr. and Mrs. Jack Corbett, Mrs. Ross MacMillan and daughter Ann visited on Thursday with her mother Mrs, Laird Mickle, Mrs. MacMillan and family, from Waterloo have been holi- daying for the past six weeks at Southcott Pines, near Grand Bend. Mr. and Mrs. Brian Col- lins, Kitchener and baby Sarah spent Friday and Sat- urday with the latter's moth- er, Mrs. Laird Mickle. Mrs. Laird Mickle, Mrs. Florence Jynt and Charles Mickle, Hamilton were guests on Sunday and Monday with Dr. and Mrs. Robert Mickle, London. Mr. Don Dodds, Mr. Sim Roobal and Mr. COrnelius Roobal attended the regist- ered cattle sale in Kitchener Stock Market on Saturday. Mrs. Sim Robal was admit- ted to South Huron Hospital last Saturday in the inter- ests of her health. Mr. Cornelius Roobal left on Tuesday for his native Holland after a six weeks stay with Mr. and Mrs. Sim Rob - al.
