of Hensall United Church on
Saturday, August '9, 1975
at three o'clock for the marr-
iage of Wayne Edward Beierl-
ing and Joan Marie Allan.

The groom 's parents are
Mr. and Mrs. Herb Beierling,
R.R.2, Zurich and the bride
is the daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Garnet Allan, Hensall.
Rev. Don Beck officiated for
the double ring ceremony and
Mrs. Jack Turkheim was org-
anist. •
The bride was stunning in
her floor length gown of white
polyester satin with a long
train and empire waist. The
bib front was accented with
frills of Valencian lace and
pearls. The long full sleeves
were gathered at the waist
with a matching fold of lace.
Her waist length veil of illus-
ion was caught up and held in
place with a head dress
accented with pearls. She car-
ried a bouquet of pink roses
and white baby's breath.
Matron of honour was Marg
MacDonald, sister of the bride
Exeter. Other attendants were
Pauline McBride, sister of the
bride, Goderich and Ruby
Beierling, sister of the groom.
The matron of honour and
bridesmaids were gowned
alike in pink flowered, long
full dresses, white picture
hats and matching gloves.
They carried nosegays of
white daisies and pink min-
iature carnations.
Don Towton, R.R.2, Hensall
was groomsman and Ron
McBride, Goderich, and
Gordon Beierling, brothr of
the groom, Exeter, ushered
guests.
A wedding reception was
held in the Zurich Arena.
The young couple will res-
ide in Varna,

The United Church service
was conducted by the Rev.
Don Beck who preached on
the subject "The Kingdon is
like..." Guest soloists
were Mrs. Earl and Miss
Elizabeth Deichert who sang,
"The Keys of the Kingdom"
with Elizabeth also playing
the guitar. The flowers were
from the funeral of the late
Mr. Donald Charles Grass -
ick and others in memory of
Rev. Cliff Britton.
Bendix em.11oyees have
returned to work after their
annual two weeks holiday.
Miss Margaret Hyde, Lond-
on visited with her parents.
Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Hyde
for a few days last week.
Several area farmers att-
ended the Soil and Crop
Twilight meeting held at
the farm of Jack Peck last
Thursday evening.
Word has been received by
Mr. and Mrs. Carl Payne
that their son-in-law and
daughter Gunney and Mrs.
Gary Merritt .of Oceanside,
California have won a week-
end trip to Las Vegas worth
$1100.
Ron Waring has sold a
$10,000 winning Wintario
Ticket.
Mr. and Mrs. Sim Roobal,
Mr. Cornelius, Roobal, and
Mr. and Mrs. Don Dodds
and family of Sea4orth visited
Midland for a few days last
week.
