Practically every speaker praised Mr. Stewart for his many years of outstanding service to the government as both a member of parlia- ment and the Minister of Agriculture. Elmer Hayter, R.R.1, Varna president of the newly -constit- uted Huron -Middlesex riding, chaired the meeting. Greet- ings from the town of Exeter were extended by reeve Derry Boyle, while Warden Anson McKinley extended greetings to the grup on behalf of Huron County.
