helped to provide the music for
Monday afternoon' s get-together
and were accompanied by Elsie
Henderson.
With the temperature in the
eighties everyone enjoyed the
music of the Clinton Legion
Pipe Band on Tuesday evening.
The Band used the front parking
lot and drive for their marching
numbers with one special numb-
er for Mr. Walter Kingswell on
his 97th birthday.
Ten residednts who are memb-
ers of the Goderich Octogenarian
Club attended the annual p;icnic
at the Saltford Valley Hall on
Wednesday afternoon. This club
is sponsored by the Kinsmen
and Kinettes and is appreciated
by all the Goderich residents
over eighty.

RE: PROPOSED STOPPING UP ,CLOSING
AND CONVEYANCE OF PART OF EAST
STREET, ZURICH
Notice is hereby given pursuant of Section 446 of The
Municipal Act, R. S. O. 1970, c.284 that the council of
the Corporation of the Village of Zurich proposes to pass
a by-law:
1. To stop up part of East Street designated as Part
of Lot 20, Concession 10, formerly in the Township
of Hay, now in the Village of Zurich.
2. To authorize the conveyance of the freehold of the
stopped up Highway to R.J.T. Holdings, Inc. to
the Village of Zurich of the streets laid out in a
Plan of Subdivision of lands abutting the stopped
up part of East Street.
The proposed plan, by-law, and description showing the
lands affected may be seen in my office at Village Hall,
Zurich, Ontario.
On the 13th day of August, 1975, at 8 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, Village Hall, the council of the Corporation
of the Village of Zurich will hear, in person, or by counsel,
solicitor or agent, any person who claims his lands will be
prejudicially affected by the said by-law and who applies
to be heard.
Any such person who wishes to be heard should, as soon
as possible, make application to:
