Sturg- eon, Bud and Andrew and Mrs. Violet Sturgeon were dinner guests on Thursday to celebrate the first birthday of their grand- daughter, niece and great-grand- daughter, Merry Nicole Potter at the home of the little lady's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Pot- ter of R, R, 3, Clinton. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Cluff, Rob and Tara, London, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Beechie and family, London; Dr. 13111, Mrs. Tillmann and family, of London were at their cottages during the weekend. Congratulations to Winnie Armstrong, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Armstrong of R,R,3, Bayfield who has compl- eted a Child Care Course at George Brown College, Toronto and has accepted a position as a Supervisor at the Oakville Reg- ional Assessment Centre in Oak- ville. The co ngregation of Knox Presbyterian Church are informed that Stephen Farris of Toronto will be conducting regular church services for the summer season starting Sunday morning, June 8 at 11 a, m, Mrs. Farris will be assisting her husband with his parish work this summer, Mr. Bud Sturgeon and Miss Barbara Davidson were in Windsor for the weekend as the guests of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Davidson. THE MILK COMMISSION OF ONTARIO Fluid Milk Inquiry The Milk Commission of Ontario by authority vested in it under The Milk Act will undertake an Inquiry into certain aspects of the Milk Industry. The inquiry will attempt to determine how, after delivery to the processor, certain elements in the milk distribution chain contribute to the final price paid for fluid milk. The nature of the Inquiry will include . the acceptance of written Briefs and the receipt of Submissions, as well as a series of public meetings throughout the Province. Persons or groups wishing to make representa- tion to the Commission on any aspect of the Inquiry are requested to write to the Secretary of the Milk Commission of Ontario or to submit written Briefs with the undersigned not later than June 21st, 1975. Public Hearings will be held at times and places in -Ontario to be announced later and those filing Briefs or letters who wish to appear personally will be advised as to the time and place when they will be heard. Sturgeon, Orangeville spent Wednesday and Thursday with his parents and brothers, Mr. and Mrs. Jack B. Sturgeon, Bud and Andrew. Best wishes to Mrs. May Copeland, sister-in-law of Mrs. Milton Pollock who is confined to hospital in Toronto. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Builfoyle and family, Sarnia spent the weekend at their cottage. Rev. and Mrs. Lloyd Clifton of Toronto visited Sunday after- noon with Mrs. E,B, Robinson at the Albion. Mr. and Mrs. J. De Steur arrived last Thursday from their home in Zeeland, Holland to spend some time with their son- in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Francis and their two grandchildren. Congratulations to Wendy Greer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Greer, R.R.3, Bayfield who received her B.A. Degree upon graduating on May 25 from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo. Convocation exercises were held in the Kitchener Mem- orial Auditorium Mr. and Mrs. Greer and Patti along with rel- atives and friends from Clinton, Goderich and Bayfield area att- ended the ceremony. Mr, and Mrs. Greer then entertained at a smorgasbord luncheon at their home to honour their daughter. Holdings, Inc. to the Village of Zurich of the streets laid out in a Plan of Subdivision of lands abutting the stopped up part of East Street.
