a weekend guest of his grand-

London, were with his parents,
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Parker for the
weekend. Visiting Sunday with
the Fathers were Mrs. M. Lieb-
ler, Mr. and Mrs. J. French and
Mr. and Mrs. E. Squire, all of
Mitchell.

Craig, who is confined to Clin-
ton Public Hospital,
Mrs. L.B. Smith had as her

guests on Thursday to celebrate
the first birthday of their grand-
daughter, niece and great-grand-
daughter, Merry Nicole Potter
at the home of the little lady's
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Pot-
ter of R, R, 3, Clinton.
Mr. and Mrs. Bob Cluff, Rob
and Tara, London, Mr. and Mrs.
Joe Beechie and family, London;
Dr. 13111, Mrs. Tillmann and
family, of London were at their
cottages during the weekend.

eted a Child Care Course at
George Brown College, Toronto
and has accepted a position as a
Supervisor at the Oakville Reg-
ional Assessment Centre in Oak-
ville.

that Stephen Farris of Toronto
will be conducting regular church
services for the summer season
starting Sunday morning, June 8
at 11 a, m, Mrs. Farris will be
assisting her husband with his
parish work this summer,

Barbara Davidson were in Windsor
for the weekend as the guests of
her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bob
Davidson.

THE MILK COMMISSION OF ONTARIO
Fluid Milk
Inquiry
The Milk Commission of Ontario by authority
vested in it under The Milk Act will undertake an
Inquiry into certain aspects of the Milk Industry.
The inquiry will attempt to determine how,
after delivery to the processor, certain elements in
the milk distribution chain contribute to the final
price paid for fluid milk.
The nature of the Inquiry will include . the
acceptance of written Briefs and the receipt of
Submissions, as well as a series of public meetings
throughout the Province.
Persons or groups wishing to make representa-
tion to the Commission on any aspect of the Inquiry
are requested to write to the Secretary of the Milk
Commission of Ontario or to submit written Briefs
with the undersigned not later than June 21st, 1975.
Public Hearings will be held at times and places
in -Ontario to be announced later and those filing
Briefs or letters who wish to appear personally will
be advised as to the time and place when they will
be heard.

at the Albion.
Mr. and Mrs. J. De Steur
arrived last Thursday from their
home in Zeeland, Holland to
spend some time with their son-
in-law and daughter, Mr. and
Mrs. Jim Francis and their two
grandchildren.
Congratulations to Wendy
Greer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Bert Greer, R.R.3, Bayfield
who received her B.A. Degree
upon graduating on May 25 from
Wilfrid Laurier University in
Waterloo. Convocation exercises
were held in the Kitchener Mem-
orial Auditorium Mr. and Mrs.
Greer and Patti along with rel-
atives and friends from Clinton,
Goderich and Bayfield area att-
ended the ceremony. Mr, and
Mrs. Greer then entertained at
a smorgasbord luncheon at their
home to honour their daughter.

RE: PROPOSED STOPPING UP ,CLOSING
AND CONVEYANCE OF PART OF EAST
STREET, ZURICH
Notice is hereby given pursuant of Section 446 of The
Municipal Act, R. S, O, 1970, c.284 that the council of
the Corporation of the Village of Zurich proposes to pass
a by-law:
1, To stop up part of East Street designated as Part
of Lot 20, Concession 10, formerly in the Township
of Hay, now in the Village of Zurich.
2. To authorize the conveyance of the freehold of the
stopped up Highway to R.J.T. Holdings, Inc. to
the Village of Zurich of the streets laid out in a
Plan of Subdivision of lands abutting the stopped
up part of East Street.
The proposed plan, by-law and description showing the
lands affected may be seen in my office at Village Hall,
Zurich, Ontario.
On the 30th day of June, 1975, at 8 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, Village Hall, the council of the Corporation
of the Village of Zurich will hear, in person, or by counsel,
solicitor or agent, any person who claims his lands will be
prejudicially affected by the said by-law and who applies
to be heard.
Any such person who wishes to be heard should, as soon
as possible, make application to:
