The congregation and visitors of Knox Presbyterian Church are reminded that Stephen Far- ris of Toronto will be conducting Sunday morning worship service on Sunday, May 10 at 11 a.m. Mr. Renouf W.A. Johns, Mount Clemens, Michigan, was at his village residence for a few days last week. Mr. and Mrs. pelbert Haw accompanied Mr. and. Mrs. Don Haw, Ann, Cathy and Bradley to Eric on Sunday and visited with Mr. and Mrs. Doug Dellar, Kerry and Scott, Mr. and Mrs. Art Latimer and Christine, Weston, spent the weekend with her mother, Mrs. G.L. Knight. TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Village of Zurich intends to apply to The Ontario Municipal Board pursuant to the provisions of Section 35 of The Planning Act for approval of By-law No. 3 of 1975 passed on the 22nd day of January, 1975. A copy of the By-law is furnished herewith. ANY PERSON INTERESTED MAY, within fourteen (14) days after the date of this notice, send by registered mail or deliver to the Clerk of the Village of Zurich notice of his objection to approval of the said By-law, together with a statement of the grounds of such objection. ANY PERSON wishing to support the application for approval of the By-law may within fourteen (14) days after the date of this notice send by registered mail or deliver to the Clerk of the Village of Zurich notice of his support or approval of the said By-law together with a request for notice of any hearing that may be held giving also the name and address to which such notice should be given. THE ONTARIO MUNICIPAL BOARD may approve of the said By-law but before doing so it may appoint a time and place when any objection to the By-law may be considered. Notice of any hearing that may be held will be given only to persons who have filed an objection or notice of support and who have left with or delivered to the Clerk undersign- ed, the address to which notice of hearing is to be sent. Parker's of London and the Robert Parkers of Dorchester. Mr. Glen Smith, Paris and Mr. Bill Candy, London were Saturday visitors with the former: mother, Mrs. L.B. Smith. Reeve Ed Oddleifson reported that Mr. Gary Davidson of the Huron County Planning Depart- ment will also attend the Public meeting on Saturday, May 31, in the Old Town Hall and will discuss the proposed re -zoning changes of the McFaddenand Stotesbury-Leeson properties. The meeting on re -zoning will start at 4 p.m, while the Legal Surveys meeting will begin at 2 p.m. Congratulations to Miss Wendy Greer who has successfully completed her third year at Wil- frid Laurier University, Waterloo, and has taken a position at the Huron County Museum in Goder- ich for the summer months. Mr, and Mrs. Bob Snell return- ed last week from a very enjoy- able week vacation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. They had accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Pat Graham on the trip. (sorry we failed to mention this last week). Secretary of the Community Centre Board, Gordon Graham informed us that the arena is all cleaned up after the winter act- ivities and is ready for the roller skating season which will start Friday evening. Mrs. Violet Sturgeon accomp- anied Mr, and Mrs. Fred Mote to St. Thomas on Sunday and then went on to Port Stanley where she visited relatives for the day.
