Largest volume
Ontario wheat producers have
sold thelargest colunte of wheat
recorded during the 17 year
history of the Ontario Wheat
Producers' Marketing Board.
Ove 17 million bushels of
1974 crop wheat has been purch-
ased from producers by the
marketing hoard and nearly all
of the wheat has been sold by
the board establishing another
record,
Figures released by the mark-
eting board show that from July,
the beginning of the. 1974-75
crop year, to the end of March,
335, 300 bushels had been sold
by producers with three months
left to crop year end.
However, board officials
feel there will not be a signific-
ant volume to sell during the
last three months due to the
fact estimates place the total
1974 crop at about 16 million
bushels,
The marketing board has
sold approximately 7, 3M., 000
bushels to domestic flour stiller:
over 7,100,000 bushels for exp-
ort; 358, 600 bushels to don estic
seed dealers and 20, 000 bushels
to feed dealers.
Present board inventory totals
slightly over 2,1 million bushels
which has been committed for.
export in the near future.

age. AIR FARE ONLY is provided by the Zurich Lions Club.
Successful applicant will be required to represent the Zurich Lions
Club in Texas and must be prepared to speak at Texas Lions Club
meetings, as well as a Zurich Lions Club meeting after his or her
return.
Interested applicants may qualify by forwarding an essay on "Why
I would like to represent the Zurich Lions Club in Texas."
Be sure to enclose your name, age and telephone number.
Essay should be submitted by April 23, 1975 to:

Canoe Race was a limited suc-
cess.
Only 23 canoes competed in
the 14 anile course which offer-
ed the best water and course
conditions ever, As described
by Greg Cowan, Ontario Champ

the most interesting course in
Western Ontario."
