The two ministers, Pastor Guy and Pastor Mellecke spoke briefly; the Rader sisters, Barbara, Carol and Brenda played instrumentals; Mona Hodgins tap danced. Mrs. Ross Love led in carol singing. Tickets were sold on a ham donated by Merner's with Mrs, Maggie Nadiger the winner. The local stores donated, namely, Chandlers, oranges; Schatz, candy; Boyles, grapes; Tiemans, a gift. Mrs, Lloyd Radar also donated a gift. Harry Hoffman thanked all who took part. There was a white elephant exchange. The seniors are invited to Maplewoods, Zurich, December 23 for a Christmas program and gift exchange. The STAINED GLASS WINDOWS—The grade seven classes at Ecole St. Marie spent close to three hours the windows of their classroom for Christmas. The program closed with "Silent Night". December 14 with a potluck supper for the husbands, guests and choir members. Everyone joined in Carol singing. Mrs. Hugh Boyle, chairlady, opened the worship service. Mrs. Wm. Chandler read the scripture followed by prayer by Rev. Bruce Guy. A men's chorus, Jack Gaiser, Mervyn Tieman, Bill Chandler and Stuart Wolfe sang three selections. Mrs. Mervyn Tiernan in- troduced the guest speaker, Mrs. Lorne Hicks of Centralia who showed interesting pictures of Africa. All joined in repeating the Mizpah Benediction.
