RADER Mrs. Martha Miller has returned to South Huron Hospital from Victoria hospital; Herbert Miller is a patient in University hospital where he underwent surgery; Mrs. Arnold Becker has returned home from Victoria hospital, London. Mrs. Otto Willert has had her granddaughter Miss Joyce Willert of Ingersoll who attends college at Mississauga vacationing with her during the holidays. Following a Program- for young and old each child received a package of candy and hot dogs• Mr. & Mrs, Irvin Rader were Sunday visitors with Mr. & Mrs. Jim Patterson, Sarah and Jef- fery, Grand Bend. Mr, & Mrs. Leeland Restemayer won the turkey donated by Dashwood W.T. for the best decorated house. The judges Larry Weido and his mother, Mrs. Nora Weido, had a difficult decision as there were several almost as well decorated. Mr. & Mrs. Dave Rader and Stacey attended the annual Christmas party given by Mrs. Angeline Scott• for members of her family at Shipka community centre, Sunday, December 19. Mgs; Otto Willert attended the 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. & Mrs. Gordon Willert, Thedford, Saturday evening. Bill and Nancy Becker have returned home following an eight day trip to Jamaica. Post Office Dashwood Post Office will be closed Saturday, December 25; Monday 27 and Tuesday 28. There will be no rural mail delivery; no mail despatches and no mail receipts. It will also be closed January 1 and January 3. Senior Citizens Forty-five senior citizens at- tended a pot luck supper at the community centre Monday, December 13. Several prizes were awarded. Eben Weigand, lucky plate; couple married the longest, Mr. & Mrs. Everett Haist; lucky chair, Ohlen Truemner .
