Christmas stories
Why We Have Christmas
Trees?
Some people do not believe in
Christmas trees. But this is
what I was taught by my
Sunday School teacher years
ago.
Church steeples point up-
wards, church windows point
upwards and Christmas trees
point upwards.
So Christmas trees are an
emblem pointing up to the
heavenly host to represent
the birth of Christ.
Leonard Merner
Don't Look •
Don't look in the closets,
Or under the beds,
Or in any mysterious nook.
Where things my be hidden—
It's simply forbidden.
When Christmas is coming—
Don't look!
Don't listen at bed time,
To hear what they're saying.
For if you do,
It's really a Christmas mistake.

Santa
Way up North where there's
lots of snow,
Lives a man named Santa that
we all know.
He's a jolly old man with a
big red nose
All dressed in red from his head
to his toes.
Now Santa has a workshop
where he makes all the toys
And on Christmas Eve he deliv-
ers them to all girls and boys
From roof top to roof top with
his eight tiny reindeer
Santa goes about his business
year after year.
