ed Anniversary Seryice in
London was the guest speaker
and afterwards were dinner
guests of Mr. and Mrs. Mer-

St. Paul's ACW
The ladies of St. Paul's
ACW held their autumn meeting
at the home of Mrs. Ted Roberts.
The president, Mrs. Frank
Forrest opened the Meeting with
the members' prayer followed by
the Lord's prayer. Mrs. Annie
Reid read the Scripture and Mrs.
Forrest and Mrs, Roberts gave
the meditation The Litany was
followed by the roll call answered
by a verse with "Harvest". A
Bible quiz was conducted and

Rev. W. D. Jarvis conducted
the Rally Day service in Carmel
Presbyerian Church on Sunday
and presented the following
awards and seals for Sunday

UCW views pictures
The Chiselhurst UCW held their
September meeting at the
church. Mrs. Harold Parker,
presided and opened the meeting
with a poem "Lord Give Me
Faith." The theme song was
followed by prayer.
Mrs. Rosa Harris presented the
Worship on "Stewardship" taken
from 2nd Corinthians.
The business was discussed
and it was decided to hold the
annual bazaar on October 28. Mr.
,and Mrs. Earle Hackett,Stratford
were guests and showed pictures
of the trip they took to Hawaii last
winter, which were both
humorous and beautiful.
