We regret that Mrs. Alice Phillips is a patient in South Huron Hospital, Exeter. Good use is being made of the varcity of materials received from one and another for the craft room. Mrs. Rose Butler is a new confer to the Home, and we welcome her. On Friday afternoon a 'number of Residents enjoyed a bus tour along the lake, over to Clinton and back home. I note from the register that a number of fathers were out celebrating Father's Day with their families on Sunday. This week has been designated as Senior Citizen's Week. One of the programmes planned to mark this occasion will be slides of Switzerland and Northern Ontario to be shown -in the dining room at 7:30 p.n1. by Mr. Risi on Thursday evening. We parti- cularly invite any Senior Citizens of the community to conte and enjoy these slides. OMB hearing Front Page 1 property is concerned. Citizens News, June 23, 1976 -Page 5 Buffalofest again a success From Page 1 as had been originally planned. However, the children's races and relays on Sunday afternoon were a big success. The children enjoyed themselves while com- peting in sack races, spoon and egg relays, tug of wars and good old foot races. Bottles of pop were the most numerous prizes, but some cash prizes were also awarded. The flea market and craft shows did not fair too well as they were rained out on Satur- day. However, Sunday was a busy day as the sunshine drew the crowds onto the main street. Mrs. Winnifred Schroeder, of Wiarton, Mr. and Mrs. Len Fisher, of ilderton, were dinner visitors last Wednesday with Mr. and Mrs. Milton Oesch. The Sunday School pupils of the United Church, in Zurich, entertained the congregation on Father's Day with several musical numbers.
