field day at Zurich Pubic School
Zurich Public School held its
field day last Tuesday under
sunny skies. The metric system
of measurement was not used.
Mr. Redick, who was in charge
of the field day, explained that
the public school is not using
metric because the high schools
are still on the British system.
On Thursday the winners of the
local public schools will use the
South Huron facilities for another
meet, Since the track at South
Huron is pleasured out for British
measurement, not metric, . that
meet will likely be done with the
British, not metric, measure-
ments.
