Sangster, Lon- don, passed away suddenly at St. Joseph's Hospital, London on Sunday, May 16 in his 55th year. He was a native of Hensall, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Sangster. He is survived by his wife, Eleanor J. (Forster) Sangster, son William and daughter San- dra, London; two sisters Mrs. John S. MacFarlane, (Margaret), Goderich; Mrs. Herbert (Norma) Stretton, Hensall. Predeceased by a brother Robert Sangster. Funeral service was held from the A. Millard George Funeral Home, London, Wednesday, May 19 with Rev. Glenn Campbell, D.D. of Elmwood Avenue Pres- byterian Church officiating. Interment in Mt. Pleasant Ceme- tery. PERSONALS Mr. and Mrs. Earl Sararus and Mrs. Laura Hubbert, Toronto visited with Mrs. E. Sararus on the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. James Sangster and Brad were recent visitors with Mr. and Mrs. John Peebles and family in London. QUEENSWAY NEWS On Sunday evening the Chris- tian Reformed young people entertained the residents with singing. Rev. H. Snell con- ducted the church service on Tuesday with Robert Cameron at the piano. Carfrey Cann and Rev. Snell delighted the residents with violin music. On Monday the Hensall United Church women, namely Mrs. Fletcher, h`rw Hoy, Mrs. Ian McAllister u Mrs. Jack Drys- dale entertained the residents playing bingo. Visitors during the past week were: Rev. Fred Carson, Blyth with Mrs. Cora Alcock. Chester and Ilia Dunn, Greta and Amy Lammie visited with Mrs. Vera Lammie and Rov McDonaId. Mrs. Roy McDonald and Jeant Treibner visited Roy McDonald and Lynn Latimore. Bill and Don- na Perry, Jimmy and Donald visited Ernest Perry. Mrs. Pearl Passmore visited Mrs. Bernice Lavery, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Smith visited several ladies. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Sararus, Mrs. Laura Hubbert, Toronto, visited Hensall sewers progressing well Progress on the construction of sewers in Hensall is ahead of schedule. Clerk Bob Heil says he expects the sewers to be completed by the November 1976 deadline without too much trouble. Bre-Aar Excavating of London is the company in charge of the sewer construction in Hensall. Their tender of two million, one hundred and six thousand dollars was the one chosen by council. Some minor alterations may have to be done to the sewer plan, but Clerk Heil doesn't ex- pect any major additional ex- penses. Visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Schwalm, Mrs. Elizabeth Volland and Mrs. Daisy Ivey last week were Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Robb of Lucan, Mr, and Mrs. Lewis Taylor of Varna, Mrs. Vera Johnston of Brucefield, Mr. & Mrs. Arthur Coombs of Clinton I., and Mr. & Mrs. Desmond Ivey of Sarnia. Town visitors were Mrs. Irene Finlayson, Mrs. Win- nie Skea with her grandsons Colin Skea and Andrew Mason, Mrs. Janice Bisback with Victo- ria, Mrs. Bona Clark Derek Robinson, Star Jesney, Dana IBozzato and Patty Jorgensen.
