March really did go out like a lamb, The days are beginning to lengthen considerably but we are still able to enjoy films Mon- day evenings. • We are grateful for the re- sponse for nylons and panty hose for use in the hobby shop, and we are still in the market for them. If the ladies in your family use Leggs the containers would he very much appreciated for use here. The construction of the Maple Woods Apartments for Seniors is progressing very well. Some of the apartments are nearing com- pletion and interested persons may make arrangements to see them during week days. Bingo was played yn Friday evening followed by refresh- ments. We are glad that some of our Residents are able to get out for visits now that the weather is improving. Mrs. Jenetta Finni- gan is spending several days at her daughter's home in Barrie. Mr. George Hepburn had his daughter visit him for several days from St. Catherines. Mrs. Susan Snider returned from sev- eral days with friends in Dash- wood. Mrs. Alma Southcott visited with her family. The Sunday evening .chapel service was conducted by Rev. Brian Harrison of the Bayfield Baptist church. Mrs. Kathy Cullen presided at the organ during the service and was guest soloist.
