BLUE WATER REST HOME
No one should grippe too much
about our lovely weekend. March
really did go out like a lamb,
The days are beginning to
lengthen considerably but we
are still able to enjoy films Mon-
day evenings. •
We are grateful for the re-
sponse for nylons and panty
hose for use in the hobby shop,
and we are still in the market
for them. If the ladies in your
family use Leggs the containers
would he very much appreciated
for use here.
The construction of the Maple
Woods Apartments for Seniors
is progressing very well. Some of
the apartments are nearing com-
pletion and interested persons
may make arrangements to see
them during week days.
Bingo was played yn Friday
evening followed by refresh-
ments.
We are glad that some of our
Residents are able to get out
for visits now that the weather is
improving. Mrs. Jenetta Finni-
gan is spending several days at
her daughter's home in Barrie.
Mr. George Hepburn had his
daughter visit him for several
days from St. Catherines. Mrs.
Susan Snider returned from sev-
eral days with friends in Dash-
wood. Mrs. Alma Southcott
visited with her family.
The Sunday evening .chapel
service was conducted by Rev.
Brian Harrison of the Bayfield
Baptist church. Mrs. Kathy
Cullen presided at the organ
during the service and was guest
soloist.
