Two more
jail terms
Two more men were sent-
enced to jail terms when they
appeared before Judge Glenn
Hays, Q.C„ on break, enter and
theft charges, Tuesday,
Larry Minderlein, London,
was sentenced to 90 days after
pleading guilty to being involved
in the breakin at Centralia
Farmers' Supply when over
$8,000 worth of agricultural
chemicals was taken in June.
Most of the cases of herbicide
have been recovered and the
court learned the owner has
received restitution for those still
missing.
Another London man, Ronald
Dawes, who previously pleaded
guilty to eight area thefts, was
sentenced to a total of 80 days in
jail. He was also ordered to make
restitution for his share of the
stolen property from the area
firms involved.
The accused was also ordered
to be on probation for two years
after serving his jail term.
