rict Chamber of Commerce Wed-
nesday night. The new pres-
ident is George Haggitt, who
asked for a better attendance
and more active participation on
the part of the membership,
during the year 1976.

organization is Ron Heimrich,
while Jack Hamilton was elect-
ed as second vice-president.
Past president is Ray McKinnon.
Secretary of the group is John

ed in their capacity for some time.

includes seven dinner meetings.
It was agreed to change the
night of the meetings from the

ings are held on Thursday
night instead of Wednesday.

the retail merchants committee
during the past year, advised
the gathering that he has called
a meeting of all business people
for tonight, Wednesday, in an

HERE'S
THE FUEL SAVER
HONEYWELL CHRONOTHERM
CLOCK THERMOSTAT
The Honeywell Chronotherm clock thermostat is a
fuel saver. It helps you save fuel - and money - while still
enjoying total home heating comfort. With the Chronotherm
replacing your conventional thermostat you set a temper-
ature for daytime and a lower temperature for nighttime; set
the clock just once and from then on it will automatically lower
heat at bedtime and raise it in the morning.
HELPS YOU SLEEP REFRESHINGLY COOL. An electric
clock timing mechanism in this thermostat automatically
lowers your home temperature every night to the level you
want for sleeping comfort. At the exact time you select, it
switches the thermostat to the night setting. The temperature
is then held at this comfortable, lowered level for cool sleep-
ing.
YOU AWAKEN PLEASANTLY WARM. Before your waking
hour, the clock timing mechanism again goes to work to ret-
urn the temperature to the daytime comfort setting. An
exclusive feature of the Chronotherm is its ability to progres-
sively nudge the temperature upward in order to prevent
inefficient furnace overheating during the pick-up period.
So even though you sleep cool at night, you have the pleasure
of showering and dressing in comfort. You can also adjust
the day or night setting to fit changes in your schedule or to
fit special comfort requirements.
YOU ENJOY DELUXE COMFORT. The Chronotherm clock
thermostat will pamper you with pleasantly -uniform home
temperatures at the day and nighttime settings of your
choice. The built-in sensitivity and heat -anticipation features
of this top-of-the-line thermostat are designed to bring out the
very best performance from your heating system.
YOU CAN USE IT WITH ANY TYPE OF HEATING AND/OR
COOLING. Separate heating and cooling anticipators allow
the Chronotherm 's clock thermostat to cycle your heafIng
(or cooling) equipment on or off for properly -timed periods to
ensure efficient system operation and uniform temperature
comfort night and day. With the addition of a separately -
purchased subbase attachment, it can be applied to control
existing central air-conditioning as well as heating to give a
combined automatic "Comfort system" the year 'round.
PAYS FOR ITSELF QUICKLY. And then keeps on paying
dividends of fuel (and money) savings year after year after
year. A recent Night setback/Fuel savings Study where the
findings of actual in-home tests were combined by means of
a computer with detailed weather data from all over North
America proves it. Ask us for a summary of this study. It
briefly describes the findings and indicates how you may
enjoy substantial annual fuel savings.
The Honeywell Chronotherm clock thermostat is not just the
luxury of a top-quality instrument and a highly accurate,
handsome clock. Rather, with the return it pays you in sav-
ings of precious fuel, it is a remarkably good investment.
