Good attendance at annual
Vacation School in Dashwood
By MRS. IRVIN RADER
After two weeks of learning,
crafts and games, vacation Bible
school at Zion Lutheran church
came to a close Friday evening
when a large number of parents,
relatives and friends turned out
to see the results.
The theme, "Sing it Out, Jesus
Loves You" was emphasized
throughout. There was an
average attendance of 75 with
Pastor Mellecke in charge.
Eighteen busy mothers and high
school students gave up their
time to teach.
The Ladies Aid provided
refreshments every day as well
as Friday evening.
Following a program of
exercises and singing everyone
had a chance to see the work in
the basement before eager pupils
carried their treasures home.
