Hay council Continued from Page 1 A petition circulated by the Ontario Association of Property was endorsed by council. The petition, recommending the continuance of the Ontario Horne Redevelopment Program, will be sent to the Ontario Ministry of Housing. Council also supported a recommendation to the county planning department that a proposal for an urban develop- ment project near St. Joseph be accepted. The proposal involves rezoning an area west of Highway 21 from seasonal residential to urban to accommodate ap- proxi mately twenty houses.
