Their program was a musical with special guests, Mr. Max Ducharme and Mr. Clare Masse playing violin and electric guitar. Mr. Masse also sang several songs, A few of the residents were remarking that they enjoyed a dance along with the music and others how much they enjoyed the delicious and attractive lunch served by the Ladies Auxiliary. So now that your curiosity is up I will pass on the details as they were told to me, Devilled eggs were just the thing for an Easter_ lunch along with a variety of sandwiches and a relish dish. To top it all off were cream puffs decorated with chocolate circled edge and centered with colorful jelly beans. Someone must have put a great deal of time and thought into fixing it and you can be assured that it was enjoyed by the residents and all who attended. The beautiful rose applique quilt completed by the Ladies Auxiliary is now on display at the RestHome and you can purchase tickets on it. The draw is to be made at the Zurich Bean Festival, Bingo was moved to Wed- nesday and to keep up the Easter theme the grand prize was a large chocolate bunny won by Mrs. Mary Weston. Several residents went out for Easter and we know how pleasant it is for both residents and their families to be together on such a special occasion. However many will be looking forward to this Sunday, April 17, when their families will be coming to Easter dinner, We would suggest you mark the calendar for Saturday, May 7, for the annual Tea and Bake Sale sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary.
