The Hensall Recreation Figure
Skating Club sponsored by the
minor AthletiO Association
performed a small fantasy of
whirls and spins Saturday, Minor
Hockey Day.
The program consisted of:

are entertained
The Kippen United Church
Women entertained the residents
of Queensway Nursing Home
during the month of February
with music and bingo. Rev. Don
Forrest of Exeter conducted
church service accompanied by
Mrs. Forrest on the piano.

Donald. Edmund Jeffrey and
Blanche Bechard, Mr. & Mrs.
Clemence Jeffrey, Mrs. Frank
Baleen, Bill Fiscus and Tracey
Landrey visited Pauline Jeffrey.
Betty Smith visited Lynn
Latimer and several other ladies.
Mr. & Mrs. E. Denroach, Camp
Borden visited Louise Mitchell
and took her to visit Mrs. Garnet
McFalls at Huronview. Harold
and Lauretta Glanville, Judy
Smale and Robbie visited Harold
Glanville.

They all helped celebrate the
first birthday of Robert Luther;
also his dad's birthday which was
February 25 and an early bir-
thday for Truman Fischer which
will be in March.
Mr. & Mrs. Walter Spencer and
Mr. & Mrs. Howard Scane have
returned from a pleasant holiday
spent at Pompano Beach,
Florida.`
Mrs. Gladys Coleman and Mrs.
Bertha MacGregor returned
home after a two weeks' tour of
Florida.
The World Day of Prayer
service will be held in Carmel
Presbyterian Church, Friday,
March 4 at 2:30 p.m. when Mrs.
Gwyn Whilsmith of Exeter will be
the guest speaker.
Rev. W.D. Jarvis conducted
service in Carmel Presbyterian
Church Sunday. The sermon was
"Jesus Our Brother is Suf-
fering". Mrs. Robert Taylor led
in the service of music at the
piano. The Holy Communion
service will be on Sunday, March
6, at 10:00 a.m.
Mr. James E. McEwen has
been a patient in University
Hospital, London, has been
transferred to South Huron..
Hospital, Exeter.
