Special Education Classes' so the
report recommended establish-
ment of central classes to which
the students would be tran-
sported through the interlocking
bus system.
`Service Occupations Course'
has been designed to fill the needs
of students of secondary school
age who have an academic
capability at the primary level.
In secondary school, Mr. Kenwell
explains, there are a number of
courses. Course 150 (equivalent
to the former five year arts and
science), course 140 (equivalent
to the former four year arts and
science), course 130 in some
schools (a combination of arts
and science and Business and
Commerce), course 120 (oc-
cupational) and the course 110
(service occupational).

provincial police at Exeter in-
vestigated an ambulance call to
the Wein home. Mrs. Wein was
found dead in bed, police said,
and an autopsy showed she died
of a fractured skull.

The by-law authorizes the
officials to borrow "from time to
time from the Bank of Montreal,
by way of a promissory note a
sum not exceeding in the
aggregate of $15 million to meet,
until the current revenue has
been received, the said current
expenditures of the Board."
The by-law specifies that the
borrowing is to be made "with
interest at the rate of nine and
one quarter percent per annum
and or prime rate which may be
paid in advance or otherwise."
Acting on the recommendation
of its Superintendent of Business
Affairs R. B. Dunlop, the Board
also approved group .insurance
coverage for board trustees and
appointed committee members
while on Board business for the
year 1977.
Cost of that coverage will be $18
per trustee, and will be supplied
by the Reliable Life Insurance
Company of Hamilton. The $18
rate remains the same as in 1976
and the policy offers the same
benefits.
