After one look outside
Monday I imagine most
people went scurrying to find
snow boots and mufflers.
Last Monday evening
films were shown followed
by refreshments.
The movie "Where The
Red Fern Grows", will be
shown in the recreation room
of Maplewoods in the af-
ternoon and evening at 2:00
and 7:00 p.m. on Thursday,
December 7th.
We hope that all interested
will take advantage of this
movie.
Our craft room looks like
Santa's work shop at present
with the Residents working
hard to get all the Christmas
orders out on time. We still
need clean nylons and panty
hose, also white plastic bags,
preferably without too much
printing on them.
We are pleased that Mrs.
Emilie Lawson has been able
to return from South Huron
Hospital.
The sympathy of residents
and staff is extended to the
family of the late 'Mrs. Ella
Thiel,
On Tuesday evening,
December 5th, the Blue
Water Auxiliary will be
holding their December
meeting as well as their
annual Christmas party for
the residents commencing at
7:00 p.m. in the dining -room.
We hope that all the
Auxiliary members will take
note of this event.
