Congratulations to Janice
and Raymond Hartman,
proud parents of a baby boy,
born on November 19. The
couple now have nine boys
and six girls. Mrs. Theresa
Hartman is the happy
grandmother. Little John
Paul Joseph was baptized.
Sunday at St. Boniface
Church.
Minister installed
Reverend Jack Dressler
was installed Sunday as the
pastor of St. Peters Lutheran
Church by Rev. Kenneth
Ward dean of the western
district of Eastern Canada
Synod. Many members of the
Dressler family were in
attendance .
Will help in Peru
St. Boniface school held
their annual bazaar .last
Sunday. All proceeds went
to aid our sister priests in
Peru. Tickets were sold on a
spread and pillow sham
which was won by Susan
Regier daughter of Mr. &
Mrs. Clarence Regier.

installed Sunday at St.
Boniface Church by Dean.

Wingham followed by
Benediction, and a gathering
in the school gym.
Return empty handed
Several local men
returned home from a week
of deer hunting in Manitoulin
Island. Making the trip were
Jim Parkins, Paul Steckle,
Frank Soudant, Raley
Grenier, Jack Banister and
son Robert, Dr. Addison and
Terry and Kim Black. It was
reported they saw seven
deer but were unable to shoot
one,

A family gathering was
held Saturday at the home of
Alice and Ferd Herber, on
the occasion of Ferds' 81st.
birthday. Those present
were from London, Kit-
chener and New Hamburg.
Mrs. Nora Corriveau has
returned home from spen-
ding two weeks with her
daughter and family,
Rebecca and Ray Geromatte
-n St. Clair Shore Michigan.
A brother, Benny Bedard.
who is a patient in Hotel Dieu
Hospital, Windsor was
visited. She also called on
Mr. & Mrs. Clem Bedard
while in Windsor.
Mrs. Marcella Dietrich
spent a few days at the home
of Don and Joyce Dietrich in
London Iast week.
Dave, Melissa and Kristin
Beer have returned home to
Mission B.C. after their
months holiday in Zurich and
Hensall were Dave's mother,
Mrs. Lillian Beer lives - they
also visited his brother,
Steve who is a patient in St.
Joseph Hospital, London. A
get together was held
Saturday in their honour.
Sister Mary Regier of St.
Marys, spent Sunday with
her parents, Mr. & Mrs.
George Regier and was
Godmother for the Hartman
baby.
Mr. & Mrs. Dennis
Ducharme visited in Detroit
last week and spent the
American Thanksgiving
with their daughter and son-
in-law, Mr. & Mrs. John
Goodman. They celebrated
their 55th wedding an-
niversary in Essex on
Saturday attending their
granddaughter's wedding.
Deloris Schilbe and Bonnie
Schenk were among the
audience last Sunday at the
Holiday Inn Tower London
attending a hair fashion
extravaganza put on by a
group of Canadian hair
dressers called Kysta, they
saw demonstrations of all
the latest hair styles.
Mrs. Marie Noury of
Leamington spent a few days
last week with her niece and.
family, Carmel and Jerome
Sweeney. They also called on
friends Mr. & Mrs. Bill
Ducharme. Then went onto
visit her daughters, sister
Elaine Noury in St. Marys
and Pamela in Stratford.
