Ladies help at nursery school
Seven ladies from the area
are kindly voluntering their
services once a week at the
Huron Hope nursery school
in Dashwood. Joan Smith,
the acting supervisor works

Ducharme, Madeline
Gelinas and Annie VanRaay.
The public are welcome to
drop in at any time.
Hospital patient
Mrs. Josephine Dietrich
was recently a patient in
Kitchener Waterloo hospital
for 2 1/2 weeks as she had the
misfortune of failing and
breaking her arm while
visiting at her nephews in St.
Agatha. Returning home
with her were daughters,
Mrs. Veronica Glen of
Calgary and Mrs. Theresa
Galszecky of Toronto. A son,
Ken Dietrich also of Toronto
snent the week end.
Bowling for fun
Last week the Golden
Agers started their regular
bowling games at the local
alleys. Anyone that would
like to come out and join
them are welcome, its every
Thursday afternoon at 2.00
p.m.
Natural family planning
Mrs. Anita Giesen from
Lucan will be speaking and
showing slides at St.
Boniface School on the Dr.
Billings method, of "Natural
Family Planning."
The C.W.L. will be spon-
soring the program and
everyone is welcome to
attend, husbands too, on
Tuesday evening, November
14th; The meeting will begin
at 7.30 and the program at
8.30 p.m.

Stirling and Livingston
wedding in Brampton last
week end and were guest
with Mr. & Mrs. Bill Burr.
Mr. & Mrs. Claude Gelinas
enjoyed the week end in
Sarnia with their children
Jim and Connie Kerwin, Bill
and Patsy Cuthbert, Pieter
and Willy Kole, and Patrick
and Marie Ronholm of
Forest. They all got together
for a pre -Christmas family
dinner.

graduation on Friday of their
son and grandson, Kevin
Dietrich who graduated
from Fanshawe College,
London in business ad-
ministration. He is now
employed at Base Con-
struction in Arva.
Jerome and Carmel
Sweeney attended a two day
"Marriage and Family
Renewal" program at
Catholic Central High School
in London on Saturday and
Sunday representing St.
Boniface parish. Bishop
Sherlock was guest speaker.
Relatives gathered at the
home of Mr. & Mrs. Bert
Klopp last Sunday to help a
brother, Albert Kalbfleisch
to celebrate his 86th bir-
thday. A lovely dinner in his
honour was attended by his
wife Peril, Mr. & Mrs. Victor
Deichert, Mr. & Mrs. Lorne
Klopp all of Zurich and Dr.
and Mrs. Herbert Kalb-
fleisch of London a former
professor of Western
University. Also present
were Rev. and Mrs. Oelsnen
of London, former pastor of
the Redeemer Lutheran
Church and friends of the
family.
