Staff photo Hay meeting set Landowners in Hay township will have the op- portunity to express their opinions about Hay's proposed official plan, at a meeting to be held on Mon- day, October 16. According to Gary David- son of the Huron County Planning Department copies of the draft plan were mail- ed to all land owners in Hay this week. If a property owner did not receive a plan, copies are available at the Hay Municipal office and will also be available at the meeting. Davidson stressed that the plan is only a draft and that the purpose of the meeting which is to be held at the Hay township Hall in Zurich at 8 p.m. is to receive com- ments about the draft. He said there has been about a year's work gone into the. draft plan. Davidson added that dependent on the number and type of objections received at the meeting, it could be up to a year before the plan is implemented.
