She and Rodgers & Ham- merstein were to revolutionize the American musical for ever, setting the stage for South Pacific, etc., etc., etc. When "Oklahoma!" comes around there's a bright golden haze in the air- -onstage, in the audience -- and people just "caint say, no" to taking themselves to see it, to bask in its sunshine, sentiment and song. ® No running.
