Merry Christinas and a Happy
New Year. We also wish to
thank our readers for taking note
of our requests for different
things during the year and help-

to those who faithfully visit our
residents and provide entertain-

The Christmas meeting of
St. Boniface Catholic Women's
League was in the form of a
mother and daughter night,
that started with a pot -luck
supper at 6:30 p.m.
There were 49 children
and 36 mothers that enjoyed
the many delicious varieties.
At a short meeting, it was
decided to give Christmas
baskets to the shut-ins.
Each member brought a gift
for the Children's Aid Society.
A Christmas concert then got
under way with Mary Regier
and Cecilia Farwell as the
program convenors.
Tap dancing, singing and
numbers on the accordian and
guitar were enjoyed by all.
The door prize was won by
Diane Becker. Proceeds from
the door prize tickets also went
to the Children's Aid.
