SCHILBE-McLELLAND
Bervie United Church was
the setting on September 14,
1974 when Beverley Ann
McLelland, Clinton became the
bride of Eric Alvin Schilbe,
Bayfield.
The bride is the daughter of
Hazel Jean and Glenn
McLelland, RR 4 Kincardine
and the groom is the son of
Doris and Albert Schilbe, RR 1
Bayfield.
Rev. Robert Clyde officiated
at the double ring ceremony
and Wilda McLelland, sister of
the bride was the organist.
The bride, given in marriage
by her brother Raye, chose a
floor -length gown of eggshell
polyester crepe with dotted
swiss sleeves and yoke. Her
dress was enhanced by her
floor length veil, trimmed in
lace the same as that of her
dress. She carried a bouquet of
red and pink carnations and
daisies.
Maid of honour was Marie
Griffith of Bervie. She wore an
olive green dotted swiss floor -
length gown cut in the same
style as the bride's. It was trim-
med with daisy lace. She
carried a bouquet of pink car-
nations and daisies and wore
daisies in her hair.
Tammy Schilbe, sister of the
groom was flowergirl. She wore
a long pink dress of dotted
swiss with lace to accent. She
carried pink carnations and
daisies.

Bayfield was the groom's best
man.
The bride's mother chose a
floor -length blue dress and a
pink carnation corsage to greet
guestsat a dinner at the
McLelland home. The groom's
mother chose a floor -length
pink flowered dress and a pink
and white carnation corsage.
Blue and white mum
bouquets decorated the
Bayfield Community Centre for
a reception held after the din-
ner.
Upon their return from a
wedding trip to Northern On-
tario, the happy couple took up
residence two miles north of
Bayfield on highway 21.

cars driven by Shirley Dawe,
R.R.2, Grand Bend and Carl
Raymond, Forrest collided on
Highway 21 in front of Prosper's
Shell. Damage was estimated
at $625. by Constable Larry
Christiaen.
Also on Sunday at 7 p.m.
cars driven by Donald Case,
R,R,3, Exeter, and Robert
Mahoney, London collided on
highway 4, south of Dashwood
Industries. Mr . Case and his
wife Phyllis received minor
injuries. Constable Dale
Lamont estimated damage at
$1400.
On Friday at 9:50 p.m.
vehicles driven by John Glavin,
Huron Park and Marjorie hardy,
London, collided on County
Road i,, three utiles west of
highway 4. A passenger in Gia -
vin's vehicle, Laurie Mchcllar,
llibherr Township, received sev
ere cuts. Mrs.11ardy and her twe
children, Michael age 4 and
Danny age '.;n months, receiv-
ed minor injuries. Crediton Fire
Department assisted at the
scene. Damage was estinuued
