Obituary
MARSHALL PLANTE
A native of the St. Joseph
area, Marshall Plante passed
away in Goderich Alexandria
General Marine Hospital, on
Tuesday, July 2, in his 79th
year. He was born in Hay Town-
ship in April, 1896, a son of the
late Mr. and Mrs. David Plante.
Surviving are two sisters,
Mrs, Pauline Jeffrey, R,R.2,
Zurich, and Mrs. Joseph (Valeda'
Corriveau, R.R.2, Zurich; and
one brother, William Plante, of
Michigan.
The body is resting at the
Westlake Funeral Horne, Zurich,
until Friday morning when
funeral mass will take place at
St. Boniface Roman Catholic
Church, Zurich at 10;30 a.m.
with Father A. Durand officiat-
ing. Interment will be made in
the church cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Morley Witmer
of Detroit, were recent visitors
with Mr. and Mrs. Ted Stein-
bach, also attended the Rader
Reunion.
Mr. and Mrs. Lorne Regier,
of Windsor were weekend visit-
ors with Mrs. Adella Regier,
