EYEGLASS SAFETY
Consumers' Association of
Canada advises shoppers to
select eyeglass frames with a
view to safety. Choose frames
which surround lenses for great-
er impact resistance. Lenses
for rimless eyeglasses should be
made of optical plastic since
the drilling of holes for the arms
and nose -piece greatly weakens
lenses increasing the danger of
breakage.
