Mrs. Zinn explained that the presentation was supposed to take only twenty minutes, but they usually proved so int- eresting and informative that discussions.on the material went on for an hour or two hours. John Henderson of Seaforth suggested the meetings start at ten or go to two meetings a month, but in the end it was decided to hold a special meet- ing after the dinner hour, foll- owing a regular meeting. The responsibility allowance for the co-ordinator of student services, Mrs. Ila Keyes, has been set at $2, 450 per annum, in addition to her basic salary, effective September 1.
